For short-notice requests, we can mobilise trained crew within 24 to 48 hours across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Larger deployments benefit from more lead time, but we have handled urgent large-scale mobilisations before.

Crew Chiefs are on every site from build-up through load-out. They are your direct point of contact on the ground — you deal with our supervisors, not with individual crew members.
Every crew member completes in-house training and assessment before their first deployment. Performance is tracked through Crew Chief evaluations and direct client feedback after every event. Crew who don’t meet the standard are not redeployed.
