Gulf Crewing Company was established in October 2008, based in the UAE, with one clear purpose: to supply a comprehensive, high-quality, English-speaking crew service to the live event and exhibition industries of the UAE and Gulf region. What began as a focused crew supplier has grown into one of the region’s most trusted names in event crewing, operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
Gulf Crewing supplies four specialist services: Crew, Technical Staff, Rigging, and Health and Safety, covering every departmental role an event requires, from general site and stage crew through to production managers, riggers, climbers, and qualified health and safety advisors. Every crew member is trained, assessed, and held to the same standard regardless of the scale or nature of the event. The industries Gulf Crewing serves span concerts and music events, sporting events, national ceremonies, festivals, theatre, film and television, and family entertainment, giving it documented experience across every major event category in the region.
Gulf Crewing takes the quality and safety of every deployment seriously. Crew members are trained and continuously developed throughout their time with the company, working to internationally recognised standards across health and safety, plant operation, and on-the-job performance. Every client receives Risk Statements, Method Statements, and a Health and Safety Policy from the start, all tailored to their specific event. The same level of care and rigour applies whether the event is a 60-crew theatre production or a national ceremony of thousands
