Full crew and stage build for the second touring city of Madonna’s MDNA World Tour. Gulf Crewing managed the dismantling of the Yas Arena’s semi-permanent stage, the full touring rig installation including hydraulics and special effects, and a de-rig of 50 containers completed 4 hours ahead of the 12-hour deadline.

All crew members have extensive skill sets and experience across the board offering a high level of versatility. This includes IPAF, PASMA, Fire Safety, First Aid and H&S training by Internationally and Regionally recognised institutions. Overseen by our Nebosh certified H&S Manager, our crew continue to develop their skill set offering more to our clients.
Behind every deployment is a layered support structure. Crew Chiefs on the ground supporting crew and client as well as a dedicated 24/7 office team coordinating in real time to deal with last minute changes, call times or skill sets.
Every Crew member communicates in English. On International Productions with Touring Teams, Technical Directors, Show Calls and multi-language client groups, this removes a layer of risk from the Show ensuring peace of mind.
Our inhouse NEBOSH H&S Manager continues to drive our Quality Management System ensuring our continued certification with ISO9001:2015 as well as ICV validation.
All clients are provided with Risk Statements, Method Statements as well as our H&S Policy from the start. All documents provided are tailor made to your event.
GCC has worked on and provided large scale numbers of crew across the Region to include UAE National Day and F1 of which we have worked successively on for over 10years. Experience across large scale Festivals including MDL Beast, Soundstorm, COP28 and Expo2020 are just a few examples of the scalable events we support.
We pride ourselves on our accuracy, openness and consistency not just in performance but in delivery. Our crew are the backbone to our Company and everyone is treated with respect, integrity and fairness, this in turn is paid forward to the client. We do not jeapordise quality of crew by overselling and under delivering. In working with our clients, we assist in problem solving, budgeting, managing budgets and timescales.
